Below is an exert on the topic of body images. An excellent reminder for those of us who stuggle with not being content with how we look.
"Where do you struggle the most with your body image? Not eating right? Not exercising regularly? Abusing your body with habitual sin? Constantly comparing your physical appearance to others? Whatever the case, realize that God has redeemed you. Write these phrases in crayon on your bathroom mirror: "God delights in me. God cherishes me. I am precious to Him." Let those truths sink into your mind for a solid week and see how they change your perspective."
